Lisbon Airport Terminal 1
Lisbon Airport Terminal 1 is the International Terminal.
Note that all arrivals in LIS Airport are processed in this terminal, even the ones operated by low-cost carriers.
Many of the airlines in Lisbon Airport are hosted in Terminal 1, especially TAP Portugal. Low-cost airlines are located in Terminal 2.
TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS
There’s a free shuttle bus to transfer between terminals.
Service hours: From 03:30 am to 01:30 am, every 10 minutes. Trip time is about 3 minutes.
On the other hand, only Terminal 1 is connected to the Lisbon metro.
LEVELS
Arrivals level
Find in this level the Arrivals Hall.
Services: Rental car counters, banking facilities, information desk, left luggage, baggage carousels and Apollo Conference room.
Connect from this level to the parking facilities.
Departures level
Find in this level the Departures Hall, which is divided into the public and the restricted areas as follows:
Public Area
Check-in counters and airline ticketing desks.
Services: ATMs, post office, food, drink and retail concessions, security check.
Restricted Area
The restricted area is divided into the west and east sections, having the SEF Immigration counter in its center.
On the connector corridor there are several food, drink and retail concessions on each section.

West departure gates area
Gates 7 to 26.
Services: ATMs, internet lounge, kids’ playground, transfer stations (gates 15 and 16), terminal 2 shuttle close to gates 18-2 and food, drink and retail concessions close to gates 7-13.
East departure gates area
Gates 41-47.
Services: Currency exchange, ATMs, transfers and internet lounge.
